Children are God’s Gift hence teaching and moulding, Children about Jesus Christ is an important part in AMTC Sunday School.

Motto: Come to Jesus and bring every child to Jesus

AMTC Sunday School began in 1984, with very humble beginnings, under the leadership of Rev. M. C. John, when the Ahmadi Edavaka was established with only a few family units.

Today, by the grace of God Almighty, AMTC SS has over 231 students in Nursery to Yuva classes and a committed team of 32 teachers.

AMTC follows the guidelines and curriculum developed by the Mar Thoma Sunday School Samajan, Thiruvalla.

The allotted time for Sunday school is on Friday morning from 9.10 am to 10.20 am at St Paul’s Church and Youth Centre Premises. Monthly schedule and timings are announced based on church programs and Sunday school activities through Parish Voice and notifications.

AMTC Sunday School conducts various talent competitions and also helps the students in attending other inter churches competitions.

AMTC SS also holds the VBS during the months April / May every year.

Under the leadership of the Sunday School Music team, young talented children are selected and trained for the Junior Choir. The Junior Choir actively participates in various programs.

The AMTC Sunday School publishes the yearly edition of the children’s magazine “Streamlet” exhibiting the diverse skills of the children in the areas of writing, sketching, coloring, quizzing, etc.

With the Motto “Come to Jesus. Bring every child to Jesus” AMTC SS aims to prepare and nurture every child to live as a true Christian, witnessing to the Lord in the various walks of life, in years to come
